Buttercup, now Bella, was a stray that was found by a wonderful couple who tried to find her home but no luck. They could not keep up with a 9 month old, active, untrained puppy so Buttercup came into rescue. After vetting and fostering with a family in Flagstaff who also could not keep her, fate stepped in and found her forever home in Sedona. In Bella's own words, "Here I am with my new mom. Today we took long walks and went to the dog park. I am trying to be a very good girl but I got a little nervous and had an accident on the carpet. After that my mom took me outside so many times that I learned how to go outside. :) My dad said smile, so what can I say! This is my first day in this new home. I have been in three homes since November 27th. I hope this is my forever home. My mom likes to brush me and I like to wrestle with the brush while she tries to brush me. She is teaching me a game called, "Stay" and "Come". When I listen really good I get a yummy treat. " The family is VERY happy with Bella and love her so much!! |
