25-033 CeeCee  is a 1-year-old female Golden Retriever with a stunning red coat. Unfortunately, due to financial hardship, her original owners were no longer able to care for her. That’s when an adoptive couple stepped in, ready and eager to welcome  CeeCee  into their family. At first,  CeeCee  was shy and reserved. She showed some  skittishness around the man, though she warmed up quickly to the ladies. She’s still figuring out their young son, whose boundless energy and playful spirit are exactly what  CeeCee  craves. Here are a couple of sweet stories from the kids about life with their new furry sister.

The 12-year-old daughter says:  One of my favorite memories with  CeeCee  so far, is when she finally learned how to go up the stairs in our house. The first time she did it, I was  asleep. My dad opened my door, and  CeeCee  jumped right onto my bed and started licking my face to wake me up.  This is the cutest story from the 6-year-old son! “ I love to dress up in costumes with  CeeCee  – she looks so funny! I also really like swimming with her in the pool.  How lucky  CeeCee  is to be in this family!
