25-055 Toby is a 4-year-old male Golden Retriever who is immensely loved in his forever home with his adopters. The surrendering owner had some health issues and was unable to care for Toby. An adoptive couple were more than ready to welcome this bundle of energy, who has an eagerness to please and love unconditionally, into their home. Toby is now a brother to Dash, the resident Dachshund. You can hear the genuine love the adopters have for Toby in these next sentiments: 

Toby has been a wonderfully perfect addition to our family! He loves affection and attention without being demanding. He makes sure [the husband] gets the daily morning walk, for the adopter's health’s sake of course. Toby can’t wait for his walks, but he does manage to hold all his excitement in as his leash is attached! Toby sounds like Daddy’s dog! If you see [the adopter], you know that Toby is close by! When he leaves, Toby quietly naps next to the door going to the garage awaiting his return. 

This is the cutest story: He’s made all the difference in our other dog. Dash has to take his medicine 3 times a day. Previously, Dash would often spit out his meds, whether it was in pill pockets, a treat or anything else. Now, Toby is right there getting his Pupperoni treat and Dash will 100% of the time quickly swallow his meds in a bit of string cheese! Dash isn’t taking any chances of Toby getting his treat! 

Toby can be left alone without getting into trouble; he loves being indoors and prefers the floor to the expensive dog bed they had purchased for him! Toby loves any visitors; he has become a favorite among the dog sitter and friends. Toby has certainly found his perfect forever home with these adopters.
